KOMKOR is a modern and rapidly growing company specializing in the manufacture of custom-engineered products based on customer drawings, as well as stamping and clamping tooling, cutting tools, shafts, rollers, knives, and components and spare parts for the metallurgical, mechanical engineering, chemical processing, and oil & gas industries. Through continuous investment in its production facilities, the company has carried out a comprehensive modernization of its manufacturing capabilities. The production site is equipped with state-of-the-art 3-axis and 5-axis milling and turning machining centers manufactured by SPINNER (Germany), as well as grinding equipment and an in-house heat treatment facility. This enables KOMKOR to produce components of any complexity while maintaining consistently high quality standards. All machining centers are equipped with high-speed Blum TC50 measuring probes, allowing highly accurate in-process inspection directly on the machine without removing the workpiece. This not only improves machining accuracy but also significantly reduces setup time through rapid and precise workpiece alignment. To optimize production preparation processes, the company's engineering department utilizes advanced CAD/CAM systems for efficient design, technical documentation development, and NC program generation for CNC equipment.
